Shweta Jain has earned her Master’s in Finance from India and has more than 10 years of experience in the corporate world. She has closely seen the difficulties (such as anxiety, depression, fear, and mental issues) faced by people in trying to maintain their work-life balance. She has seen how mental issues convert into physical ailments. Hence, she ventured out to become a Work-Life Balance Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Life Coach to help and guide people on how to overcome their challenges and get rid of the root cause of negativity in their life. Over a period of time, she has helped a lot of people improve their relations and become mindful thinkers.
She helps people by giving them counseling sessions that heals them as well as trains them for developing a healthy mindset, which brings positivity to their life and also empowers them in the long run. Her goal is to help people find a balance between logic and intuition, as well as between existing and doing, so that they can open their mind to create their reality and believe that anything is possible if and only if they are willing to put their mind to it, or, as James Allen so aptly put it, "As he thinks, so he is; as he continues to think, so he remains."
