Dr. Sheila is a licensed acupuncturist and board certified Chinese herbalist. In addition to working in private practice at Red Aspen Wellness, she has also served as the staff acupuncturist at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette. After 10 years in practice she went on to pursue her doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese medicine with a strong emphasis in environmental pollution and human health impacts.

In addition to clinical experience she served on the Colorado state board and has various teaching, writing, and lecturing experience for colleagues, the community and medical staff.

Her private practice provides a blend of services including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle encouragement to promote optimal physical and emotional health. Telemedicine consultations, custom herbal blends and in-office appointments are available.
