I’m Shade, an Early Years Professional with many years’ experience in both hands-on and childcare management roles, leading several through Ofsted, (a governing body in the United Kingdom) achieving ‘outstanding ’ rating. I know how to help childcare educators and parents of young children to provide exceptional care and education to enable them achieve and enjoy.

My aim is to make early childhood education and care better and more enjoyable for all children, regardless of their background or circumstances by supporting the adults and educators that are engaged with their learning and development.

I hold an Early Years Professional Status; a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Learning and Development; teacher training awards and many years’ experience in the Early Years sector in the United Kingdom.
