My name is Scott Garan and I am a Master Fitness Trainer with certifications as a Fitness Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Bodybuilding Coach, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Youth Fitness Trainer, Body Building Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Coach through the International Sports Sciences Association. I am also a certified Strength Trainer through Nautilus and a Physical Fitness Specialist through the Ohio Police Officer Training Academy. I was the Lead Fitness Instructor for the University of Akron's Law Enforcement Training Center from 2000- 2008. I started training police officer's in 1995 and have been training people of all ages for over 27 years now. With over 27 years of experience, my programs WILL get you to your fitness goals if you follow my programs. From fat loss, to muscle gain and everything else in between I WILL get you results.
