About me
Hi, I’m Satyajit Gantayat. I help project managers, Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, Product Owners, and delivery leaders become more confident in Agile delivery, Scrum, SAFe, project management, and practical AI use.
I bring 26 years of experience across software development, project delivery, Agile transformation, and coaching, including 20+ years of real delivery management experience. Over the years, I have worked across BFSI, e-commerce, healthcare, and web development environments, taking on roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Program Director, delivery leader, and trainer.
Over the last 6 years, I have taught thousands of professionals through Agile, Scrum, SAFe, project management, and AI-enabled project delivery programs. In my sessions, I bring real delivery stories into the classroom so learners can see how the concepts work when teams face unclear requirements, shifting priorities, stakeholder pressure, sprint challenges, risks, and delivery commitments.
My strength is bridging the gap between theory and practice. I have coached teams through Agile adoption, helped organizations improve delivery flow, supported large-scale Agile initiatives, and worked with teams that needed to become more self-organized, transparent, and outcome-focused.
I am a SAFe Practice Consultant, PMI ATP Instructor, and ICAgile Accredited Trainer. I teach Scrum, Agile project management, SAFe, project management, and the responsible use of AI tools for project managers, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams.
My courses are built for working professionals. I focus on practical examples, realistic scenarios, clear explanations, and artifacts you can use in real delivery work: backlogs, sprint plans, stakeholder communication, risk analysis, retrospectives, project charters, and AI-assisted workflows.
If you join one of my courses, my goal is simple: help you understand the concept, see how it applies in real projects, and feel confident using it in your own work.
