Sara is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (previously Certified Diabetes Educator credential). She has been living with type 1 diabetes for 40 years.  She personally and professionally understands the challenges diabetes/prediabetes can bring.  As a health educator utilises a whole person view point in all of the things she does.
