Sanil Pillai is an experienced leadership coach with extensive experience coaching professionals in technology startups and large enterprises. He draws from his experience as a leader in technology companies and intersects them with his coaching expertise. Sanil’s motto in life is to "Spread well-being in this world, one professional at a time" and he gets to live that every day through 1-1 coaching, his thought leadership articles, and his association with other coaching networks. Sanil has also designed and facilitated leadership workshops for global companies across multiple geographies. Sanil is an ICF-certified PCC coach and has an MSc. in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London. Sanil is also the creator of Coach Potato, a cartoon strip based on coaching. When Sanil is not coaching, he writes short stories and pens his thoughts on life and well-being. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
