Inspired by family roots in wine production in Russia, Sam developed a strong passion for wine and dedicated his career to studying, tasting and understanding it from both professional and commercial perspectives. Holding the prestigious DipWSET qualification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, he combines deep wine knowledge with a practical and approachable teaching style.
