I am a cybersecurity leader and coach with over 20 years of experience in the digital and cybersecurity field, including more than 15 years leading cybersecurity, risk management, incident response, and human-centered security initiatives in global environments.
My work focuses on the human side of cybersecurity: how people make decisions under pressure, why judgment can be hacked, and how individuals and organizations can build stronger “cyber judgment” through practice, reflection, and awareness. I believe people are not fooled because they are weak; they are targeted because they are human.
I have worked across multicultural and high-pressure environments, supporting global teams, executives, and frontline staff in building practical security awareness, resilience, and decision-making skills. My approach combines deep technical experience, coaching, behavioral insight, and clear communication.
Through my courses, I aim to make cybersecurity more human, practical, and accessible. My goal is to help learners pause before they click, recognize their internal state, and develop the confidence to respond wisely in the AI era.
