Russell Rowe

Hi there. My name is Russell Rowe and I'm the owner and founder of The Rowe Company, a public speaking coaching and training service. When I'm not coaching or training public speaking and personal development, I’m hanging out with my beautiful wife, Ashley, and trying to find time with our 7 amazing and busy kids. Yep, seven.

Before deciding to get a “real job”, I was a professional stage actor for many years. That experience gave me confidence and skill in front of an audience, and it was a natural transition to a career in learning and development. I’ve since had the unique opportunity to work, coach, and train all over the world, and it’s given me the chance to work alongside some of the best presenters, trainers, and coaches on earth.

I’ve spent the last ten years coaching and training presentation skills,  public speaking, and personal development. Over that time, my passion for helping others speak with confidence has grown into something bigger than I can ignore, and that’s why I started The Rowe Company. I wanted to share what I've learned over many years and create a shortcut for anyone looking to develop their speaking skills.

My tag line at The Rowe Company is Own Your Influence and that means to become a better communicator by taking charge of your unique influence. We all have a great message to share and I want to help as many people as I can gain the confidence they need to be heard.

I firmly believe that every person out there can reach their greatest potential, they just need access to effective resources and to develop the right mindset. A mindset of growth, improvement, and confidence. And THAT is exactly why I’m here.
