I'm Rubens, a Brazilian event professional and project manager with over 19 years of experience in end-to-end event production and operations, and over 13 years of project management experience applying PMI’s PMBOK practices within the events industry.

Throughout my career, I have managed and delivered live events, business conferences and exhibitions across Brazil, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, and China, working with multinational corporations, government entities, and international stakeholders. My experience includes leading operational planning, project management, budget and procurement management, stakeholder engagement and on-site coordination for small to large-scale events in both agency and client-side environments.

Most recently, I have worked with organizations such as MCI, MiZa Abu Dhabi, MCH Global and the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), supporting the delivery of international events, including the Oracle CloudWorld Tour conferences in Brazil and Mexico and the Abu Dhabi Investment Forum (ADIF) in Shanghai, China.
