I’m an experienced Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Certified Trainer and Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, passionate about helping people, teams, and organisations unlock their full potential.

Since 2011, I’ve worked across multiple sectors - from tech and finance to education and public service - first as a Product Owner, then as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. My approach blends creativity with agility, helping teams improve collaboration, increase psychological safety, and achieve meaningful, sustainable change.
