My name is Bo. Nice to virtually meet you.

I AM a regeneration-driven leader, being consciously aware and intentionally grounded as a human on Earth, while leveraging my imaginative and intuitive powers, basing my decisions on the impact over the next 7 generations.

As a way for me to give back, I offer (always) free strategic business guidance and wisdom for young entrepreneurs creating positive change in the world… simply send me a message to coordinate. Learning from those who have gone before me has been so helpful in my career. It’s now my turn to pass along the wisdom I have gained to the younger generations.

Through AMARNA Vida, I AM focused on our vision of co-creating a regeneration-driven world. Our focus includes the creation of regeneration-driven organisations through supporting conscious leaders in becoming their true power.

Through Udemy, I AM a catalyst for a technological migration from the use of cell phones to internet phones, eliminating our U.S. cell phone bills once n’ for all. Cell towers are an eye-sore, unnecessary & obsolete; the radiation they emit is harmful… especially 5G.

I earned my Master’s in Authentic Leadership from the University of Nebraska, and my Bachelor’s in Finance from Penn State University. My perspective is grounded in conscious leadership & financial responsibility.

I gained invaluable experience as a Partner with the Gallup Poll, providing transformational strategies by measuring and understanding the psychological dynamics within organisational cultures. I consulted with numerous Fortune 500 corporations, including Johnson & Johnson, Honeywell and York International. 

I went on to lead Gallup’s U.S. Higher Education consulting practice, utilizing the Gallup Poll to build resilient institutional brands. I spoke at college campuses, and government institutions, including Capitol Hill, the Pentagon, Harvard University, Duke University, and the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Prior to joining Gallup, I gained vast entrepreneurial experience through starting, building & selling the largest event rental company in Philadelphia, PA... 100+ employees, 3 warehouses & 25 trucks on the road. Clients included the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Sports Illustrated at the 1996 Olympic Games, and both the Clinton/Gore and Dole/Kemp presidential campaigns.

At age 50, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening while in the Amazon jungle, seeing the world with a new set of eyes.

I share my wisdom and perspectives through co-authoring two books, Regenerating America and ESSENCE… which discuss how incremental change leads to transformational change.
