Hello, I'm Rio. I am originally from Japan, I was born in the Wakayama prefecture. I've been learning tea ceremony for over 7 years now, and enjoy matcha almost every day. More importantly, I simply love matcha and I want to spread the matcha culture internationally. Recently I moved to London to work in a Matcha sweets company and learn more about how matcha is perceived abroad.
