I've spent my career inside the machine: modernizing core banking systems at ING, then advising software vendors across the EMEA region at AWS as one of its go-to experts on Generative AI and ML. In early 2026 I left to build full-time. Today as a Co-Founder of cocoduro, I'm shipping AI agents into real production grocery ordering with Germany's biggest retailers which means what I teach has already survived contact with a live system, not just a demo notebook.
