I have 30 years of corporate experience, working internationally across 84 countries and in three different industries - Airline, Telecommunications and Utilities. I am passionate about transforming customer experience through people and have led large transformation programmes in the UK and globally. I have worked at director and board levels and sponsored organisational culture change, particularly around inclusion and diversity. I care deeply for people and their personal development and growth and have made a career choice to focus on coaching for this very reason.

I am an executive coach and my mission is to inspire leaders to thrive and create a bigger impact. I am also privileged to be a non-executive director on the board of a NHS Foundation Trust. I am a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance and I am curious and excited about making a positive impact on this world, however small that may be. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership, Organisation and Behaviour from Henley Business School - integrating my passion for Flow with improving leadership skills in the workplace.

· Executive coaching skills at C-suite and senior management level with 250+ hours since coaching certification from Henley with an additional 700+ hours prior

· Board-level and senior leadership skills as executive and non-executive director, with experience of strategy development and implementation, stakeholder management, digital, customer experience and culture transformation, organisational design and operations management. Led transformation programmes delivering over £7m in incremental value and raised and maintained employee engagement scores of 84-97% and improved customer satisfaction scores by >30% in 6 months

· Facilitation and Training skills including the design and delivery of over 500 + workshops, masterclasses, online training and face-to-face training on leadership, coaching, change/stakeholder management from mid level to CEO/Board level. BQF qualified Change Master-practitioner

· Mentoring for several institutions such as BA, BT, Warwick Business School and S.T.E.M for over 10 years. Mentored 40+ people at different levels/cultures: MBA students, school students, business leaders and entrepreneurs in developing countries.

· Speaking at conferences and events on topics like customer experience (UK industry meetings, 2011-2021) and mindfulness (Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science, 2021)
