I have always been a curious person. If a subject fascinates me, I study it to seek answers to my questions.
In the past 5 years, I've dedicated a large portion of my life to studying behavior science, food psychology, nutrition, health, and fitness. I've read multiple books and took multiple courses with certification in order to be able to share my knowledge with the world.
My mission is to make the world a better place to live in. To do so, I contribute by helping people achieve their full potential of health and vitality.
