About me
Olu Robbin-Coker is a licensed psychologist and the founder of Robco Consulting. He received his bachelors degree from St-Andrews university in Scotland and his Masters from Aarhus university in Denmark. He is a seasoned organizational psychologist specializing in leadership and organizational development as well as a psycho-social work environment. With over 20 years of experience in consultancy and leadership, he has assisted both large and small organizations to find quality solutions to workplace effectiveness and wellbeing. Olu has a strong background in organizational workflows, functions, and leadership. He is passionate about productivity and personal development. He excels in the aspects of coaching and supervision, leadership coaching and development, organizational development, and change management. Likewise, he is trained in psychosocial work environment, process facilitation, conflict management, stress management, team building and work with personality profiles such as MBTI and EQI 2.0.
Originally from Sierra Leone, Olu resided in the UK for 14 years before moving to Denmark. Before starting his company, he worked in denmarks largest consulting firm for leadership and OHS, Human House, specializing in psychosocial work environment as well as leadership and organizational development. Olu has worked across various industries where he has gained extensive organizational development experience and skills to propel him in a fast-paced world. Olu is consistently helping individuals and organizations improve well-being and performance through inspired learning experiences. He creates personal coaching sessions, occupational psychology interventions, and organizational development processes combined with a holistic and integrated approach where well-being and high performance go together.
Olu’s experience and knowledge have brought great delight to numerous businesses across multiple industries. As a consultant, he is committed to providing workplaces with a safe space where they can achieve clarity in their roles and the credibility to serve their organizations purposefully.
