Nicole Fung is the founder and Creative Director of Noran Design, an award-winning strategic design and digital studio that has supported 140+ organisations across 15 countries. In 2026, Noran Design was named East of England Global Startup of the Year at the UK Startup Awards.

Before founding Noran Design, Nicole led UX and product management for Expedia Group's Data and AI platforms, and served as CXO at an AI startup where she oversaw the 0-to-1 launch of a clinical AI agent for doctors and patients. She has also designed AI platforms for NHS ICU teams and supported digital transformation across healthcare, nonprofit, and tech sectors.

Nicole builds systems for people who want to live and work with more intention. Her Notion Life OS template has reached 1,600+ people globally and is now the foundation of this course, a tool she built for her own ADHD brain before realising others needed it too.

She has run design workshops at the University of Warwick and is the course tutor of Design Operations (DesignOps) 101 on Udemy.

When she's not working, you'll find her in nature, art galleries, or museums, and occasionally writing about it on her travel blog, Noran Travel.
