As Head of Project Management, I lead the development of ADAS AI systems — safety-critical embedded systems where every quality decision matters. Before that, I managed the industrialization of heating and cooling systems at Continental, delivering programs for Daimler, Aston Martin, Volvo, and AMG.

I hold a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering  from a dual study program. I'm PMP certified with over 10 years in the automotive industry.

Here's what drives me: I've sat in too many training rooms where the material was outdated, the examples were abstract, and the tools were taught as if they exist in a vacuum.
