I’m the founder of Titan Change Inc, where we've made it our mission to provide comprehensive solutions in organizational change management. We not only assist organizations in implementing enduring transformations but also empower change practitioners with advanced skills along with introducing change management analytics products. Additionally, we're designing innovative online change management courses and engaging Lego Serious Play workshops.

With a track record spanning over two decades, I've had the privilege of leading change management across the Americas, APAC, and Europe. I've honed a deep understanding of Adoption & Organizational Change Management having worked in diverse industries such as airline, transportation, manufacturing, loyalty, grocery, pharmaceutical, fashion apparel, financial services, health services and aeronautics, making me adept in areas like Microsoft O365 deployments and global IT rollouts.

In my work, I prioritize creating and implementing dynamic strategies that harmonize people, processes, and systems. This approach ensures we meet the immediate needs of an organization while never losing sight of long-term goals. I take great satisfaction in guiding organizations to enhance their performance by spearheading impactful change initiatives and advising leaders on how to manage complex changes effectively.
