Hello, I'm Kimmy. My background is vast , from a Bachelors Degree in Economics to Certifications in Health Care Social Studies, Psychology ,Work Based Learning and Management from Middlesex University and City University, London .

I also studied Computing at Harrow School of Computer Science, University of Westminster, UK and I trained with IBM and Adobe in the IT World before I fell deeply in love with and studied Positive Psychology enormously, under the tutorage of one of the well known Pioneers in the industry based in The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, US.

I have equally explored the many aspects of Self Improvement and Personal Development and I'm a Certified CPD Accredited Positive Psychology Practitioner. It has enabled me to be able to face life's hurdles and to become much better equipped to share my Insights.

In addition to that, I am an Internationally Certified Master Life Coach with Accreditation from The International Association of Therapists and also a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner and Soul Care Therapist. I also create YouTube Inspirational and Coaching Videos.

I am a Certified Digital Imaging Specialist with Accreditation from Adobe. I have worked with several media outlets too in varying capacities globally.

I have a mixed cultural background and I love to blend and connect with people of all cultures .

My Personal Coaching Club is an E-Learning , Art Therapy Platform and a Healthy Mindset Club where we will be covering Self Improvement, Positive Psychology, Personal Development, and Wellbeing Topics, also bringing in my understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT that will help in Improving and Building Healthier Mindsets overall. This is sure to bring more all round Wellness and Progress.
