Monie Forrs is a certified Life Coach specializing mainly in Happiness and how to achieve it.
She also holds certificates in Mindfulness, Confidence and Relationships, as well as Vegan Nutrition Health Coach Certification and Diploma in Meditation.
In spring 2020, she published her first little e-book called „Transform Your Life In the Midst of Chaos: The Corona Survival Guide“.
Monie is passionate about showing people that there’s a better way to live and that the power always lies in their hands. One small decision to „change“ might be all that stands in the way of you and your happiness. However, she recognizes that that decision is only half the victory, and she loves showing people the way to their happiness and making it as easy as possible, always applicable in our busy every day lives.
Monie loves simplicity and believes in its power! She uses simple strategies that do not overwhelm, but rather help connect to joy naturally, without much effort.
