Mohammed is a contract negotiation expert and procurement strategist with over two decades of experience negotiating high-stakes technology deals with some of the world's largest software and services companies, including Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft.
After a career that took him from airplane mechanic to retail manager to Senior Management Consultant at one of the world's top consulting firms, Mohammed discovered that the most powerful negotiating instincts don't come from textbooks — they come from the real world.
He went on to found his own consulting practice, specializing in technology procurement and Post-Merger Integration, and later developed OneView, a Contract Management Platform designed to give organizations better visibility and control over their supplier agreements.
A graduate of Harvard's Program on Negotiation, Mohammed is also the author of The Dealmaker's Blueprint, an e-book that distills his real-world negotiating experience into a practical guide for procurement professionals and technology buyers.
He has trained and advised procurement teams across industries, helping them move from reactive contract managers to elite negotiators who consistently deliver measurable value to their organizations.
