I hold a PhD in Business Administration focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Human Capital where my dissertation discussed "The Role of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in enhancing the Human Capital’s Return on Investment (HCROI)". Also, im member in The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Certified KPI Practitioner from the KPI Institute.
