Nato a Luino (Varese) nel 1985. Ha iniziato lo studio del canto lirico presso il liceo musicale “Giuseppe Verdi” della città natale e proseguito gli studi presso il conservatorio “Giuseppe Verdi” di Milano ove, nel 2009, ha conseguito la licenza di canto lirico.

Si è poi perfezionato con il mezzosoprano Adele Cossi e con il celebre tenore Beniamino Prior.

Dal 2005 al 2008 ha cantato nel coro del conservatorio “Giuseppe Verdi” di Milano, sotto la guida del Maestro Bruno Casoni, direttore del coro del Teatro alla Scala di Milano.

Nel 2009 si laurea in Scienze dei Fenomeni Sociali e dei Processi Organizzativi presso la facoltà di Sociologia dell'Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano ove, nel 2011, ottiene anche una laurea magistrale in Pedagogia.

Nel 2005 ha debuttato nell'opera “Bastiano e Bastiana” di W.A. Mozart nel ruolo di Bastiano e, l'anno successivo, ha cantato nel ruolo di Gringoire in una riedizione del Musical “Notre Dame de Paris” di Riccardo Cocciante.

Si è esibito nella prima messa in scena assoluta dell’opera lirica “Ideale d’Amore”, ideata e realizzata su musiche del noto compositore abruzzese Francesco Paolo Tosti; nello stesso anno è risultato anche vincitore, insieme alla compagnia lirica “F.P.Tosti”, del secondo premio al concorso "Dario Fo". Si è esibito per svariate fondazioni e associazioni musicali quale tenore solista e in formazione, accompagnato da pianoforte, diverse ensamble e orchestre.

Nel 2010 ha partecipato alla produzione dell’opera “La Cenerentola” di G. Rossini nel circuito operistico lirico lombardo dell’ASLICO, esibendosi presso i teatri di Brescia, Cremona, Como, Pavia e Piacenza.

Nel 2012 risulta vincitore di un concorso discografico volto alla produzione di un album pop-lirico di canzoni del repertorio italiano e internazionale, entrando a far parte, insieme ad un tenore e ad un baritono, del gruppo “The Italian Tenors” . Nel maggio 2012 è stato pubblicato il primo album del gruppo “The Italian Tenors” sul mercato europeo, dal titolo “That’s Amore”; l’album è edito dalla famosa etichetta discografica Universal Music.

Nel febbraio 2013 si è esibito in un concerto di gala presso il Teatro Coccia di Novara.

Lo spettacolo è stato ripreso per la produzione di un DVD con distribuzione internazionale.

Nel maggio 2014 arriva il secondo album con “The Italian Tenors” dal titolo “Viva la Vita”, l’album è stato rilasciato sul mercato internazionale nell’ottobre del 2014 dall’etichetta discografica Electrola-Universal Music.

Nel 2015 è nominato docente di tecnica vocale presso la FTSC Federazione Ticinese Società Corali di Bellinzona, Federazione che raggruppa oltre 50 cori della Svizzera italiana.

E’ stato ospite e ha cantato in teatri, anfiteatri, sale da concerto, palcoscenici televisivi, piazze e chiese in Italia, Australia, Germania, Svizzera, Austria, Spagna, Croazia, Estonia, Gran Bretagna e altri paesi.

Ha partecipato a rassegne musicali, cerimonie religiose e di inaugurazione. È stato ospite di associazioni e fondazioni in contesti culturali, politici e di beneficenza, riscuotendo favori di critica e pubblico.

Nella sua attività artistica, ha collaborato con diverse orchestre ed ensamble musicali europee di prestigio, tra cui la "VogtlandPhilharmonie di Greiz-Reichenbach", l’orchestra sinfonica di Lipsia (Germania), l'orchestra “A. Toscanini” di Piacenza e con l’ensamble di musicisti del “Teatro Alla Scala di Milano”. Collabora spesso con pianisti affermati.

Ha partecipato, in qualità di ospite-tenore, a trasmissioni televisive e radiofoniche in Germania, Inghilterra e Australia per emittenti come (ITV, ZDF, RTL, SKY, ARD, MRD, Channel 10, SBS) e ad eventi di spicco, quali il “Das Sommerfest der Abenteuer” nel 2012, il “Die Golden Henne” 2013 a Berlino (MDR), il “Josè Carreras Gala 2013” presso l’Europa Park di Rust, il “Weihnachten bei uns” a Lipsia, il "Fernsehgarten" (ZDF) e il “Musikantenstadl 2015” presso l’Arena di Pola in Croazia.

Nel 2016 (nei mesi di agosto e settembre) ha preso parte e cantato in una tournée internazionale in Australia con il gruppo “The Italian Tenors”, esibendosi in prestigiosi teatri di importanti città come: Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne e Perth, riscuotendo grande successo.

Recentemente ha cantato durante la serata di Gala per il "World Forum per la Pace " svoltosi a Lugano, alla presenza dell'ambasciatore delle Filippine in Svizzera e autorità elvetiche.

Ha all'attivo una collaborazione con la formazione “The King’s Tenor”, progetto artistico formato da 3 tenori impegnati nel repertorio operistico, napoletano e classico.

Attualmente è impegnato in recital operistici, di musica sacra, concerti, serate musicali e partecipazioni televisive come tenore solista nel repertorio classico-pop-operistico.

Ha preso parte a master e seminari di vocalità, tra cui, recentemente, quello di “Foniatria Applicata” tenuto dal Prof. Dott. Franco Fussi e “Neurovoice” presso l’Accademia “La Voce Artistica” di Ravenna. Si è inoltre formato e abilitato come Professional Coach e come CMT (Cognitive Motor Trainer). Attualmente è in formazione nel Master Post Lauream in Neuropsicologia Clinica. Collabora con federazioni, fondazioni, scuole e istituti musicali.

È Dottore magistrale in Psicologia Clinica e in Pedagogia. Possiede inoltre un Bachelor in Sociologia del lavoro. E' Formatore, docente e Professional and Vocal Coach.
È inoltre chiamato a far parte di commissioni esaminatrici.

English Biography

Born in Luino (Varese-Italy). He began studying lyric singing at the "Giuseppe Verdi" high school in his hometown and continued his studies at the "Giuseppe Verdi" conservatory in Milan where, in 2009, he obtained the license to opera singing. He then perfected himself with the mezzo-soprano Adele Cossi and with the tenor Beniamino Prior. From 2005 to 2008 he sang in the choir of the "Giuseppe Verdi" conservatory in Milan, under the guidance of Maestro Bruno Casoni, director of the chorus of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan. In 2009 he graduated in Social Phenomena and Organizational Processes at the Faculty of Sociology of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan where, in 2011, he also obtained a master's degree in Pedagogy. In 2005 he made his debut in the opera "Bastiano e Bastiana" by W.A. Mozart in the role of Bastiano and, the following year, sang in the role of Gringoire in a re-release of Riccardo Cocciante's Musical "Notre Dame de Paris". He took part in masters and vocal seminars, including recently that of "Applied Phoniatrics" held by Prof. Dr. Franco Fussi and "Neurovoice" at the Academy "La Voce Artistica" in Ravenna. He also trained and qualified as a Professional Coach and as a CMT (Cognitive Motor Trainer). He also obteined a Master of Science in "Clinical Psychology and rehabilitation". He collaborates with federations, foundations, schools and musical institutes. He is a pedagogue, trainer and vocal coach. He is currently engaged in operatic recitals, sacred music, concerts, musical evenings and television appearances as a solo tenor in the classical-pop-opera repertoire.
