I am a Psychology (BA) and Law (MA) graduate with over 10 years experience in professional services, more recently transitioning to software engineering. My experience and Fact-Based approach were key for this transition.

However, what got me the contract in tech with 0 tech experience was my Emotional Intelligence which I developed during my long career in Customer Service, Account Management and Business.
