I’m Martin Molenaar, an experienced English teacher and IELTS specialist with a passion for helping students achieve their goals. Over the years, I have worked closely with learners from different backgrounds, guiding them to improve their writing and reach the band scores they needed.

My approach is based on solid research and a deep understanding of the IELTS band descriptors, which I have studied extensively. I also bring a practical methodology, developed and refined through years of teaching and proven by the success of my students.

In addition to teaching, I am the author of Get What You Need: IELTS Writing, a book that has received excellent feedback from learners who successfully applied its strategies.
