Mahmoud is a Chief Technology Officer and Digital Transformation Leader with over 24 years of cross-sector expertise across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, and the UAE. Currently serving as CTO at Al Kimam Group, he is driving IT integration, business innovation, and service scalability across group entities—spearheading offerings in SAP, Cybersecurity, Network Solutions, and Cloud Services.

Previously, he held critical leadership positions at Benya Systems, where he led regional managed services, digital transformation initiatives, and national-scale projects for the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Business Sector. He also played a pivotal role in launching Raya Data Center, the first in Egypt to achieve ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and PCI certifications, and led the development of Rayashop, Egypt’s flagship e-commerce platform.

Mahmoud is an international speaker and trainer, having delivered programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, FinTech, and IT Governance for professionals in 10+ countries and presented at global forums including ISACA, ITU, EC-Council, and Arab Security Conference.
