Louise has been a consultant and presenter in project, programme and portfolio management for over thirty years. In the UK her last role was a Director in CITI Limited – then the UK’s leading provider of accredited project and programme management courses, as well as providing highly customised project manager education programmes.

In South Africa, she has worked in a range of industries advising on the set-up of project, portfolio, and programme practices. She also leads the leadership module on the MSc in project management at the University of Cape Town. She is the author of three books on project and programme management. Her first book: Stakeholder-led Project Management: Changing the way we manage projects, is in its second edition and is available on Amazon.

She has been a judge for the PMO Global Alliance for the last four years, reviewing and providing feedback to the best project and portfolio offices across the world. In 2022 she was nominated by her peers in the PMO Global Alliance as in the top eight most influential people in the world in the field of PMOs.
