Loben Limited is represented by George Ayokunle SANTOS

After a degree in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a three-year professional stint mainly in the development of improved operational processes in the manufacturing industry, George commenced his career in aviation in 1991. Flying primarily in the offshore Oil and Gas support industry in the North Sea and West Africa, he amassed over 12,000 hours of flying experience as a Line Flying and Line Training Pilot. He is also a licensed US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Unmanned Aircraft Systems/Vehicles (Drones) pilot.

His professional training and management expertise spans over 25 years and has focused on the pragmatic approach to the use of Non-Technical Skills employing such tools as Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Human Factors (HF) in the design and management of safety, training and operational systems.  George leads a consultancy, which develops systems based upon a pragmatic approach to the development and management of Safety/Training Systems (Regulatory and Non-Regulatory), Procedures, Programs and manuals for international clients. The systems are designed to be relevant to employees in all organisational roles in several industries.

In his consultancy, he has also established and managed Training & Standards departments of aviation service providers, primarily for the Oil and Gas industry. There, he managed both Rotary and Fixed-Wing aircraft training and operational needs.  George serves as a Guest Speaker on and leads programs that borrow skills successfully employed in the field of aviation, to develop and enhance core human competencies in diverse industries including the manufacturing, medical, land transportation industries, etc. He develops Business Plans primarily for aviation, safety and procedural-based organisations.

As a Financial Consultant, he has consulted with clients to develop and operate Financial Plans comprising Investments, Estate Planning, Cash flow management, Mortgages, etc.
