I grew up in a small village town, on the South Eastern side of South Africa. I started handbag crafting in 2008, after having bought my sewing machine. I have always been fascinated by the process of creating something amazing from a mere fabric. I learnt all my skills from various books, courses and through countless mistakes. I currently run local classes in my studio/garage and I sell my handbags locally and online. My specialist area is leather handstitching.
