My name is Lilli. I have struggled with mental health for as long as I can remember.

Specifically, I have overcome codependency, addiction, and suicide.

My sole purpose in life is to be a shining beacon of light for those who are going through what I have gone through.

I teach people how to OWN their POWER and CLAIM their WORTH.

I know how daunting it sounds but if I can do it, anyone can.
