Dr. Kamiesha is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through culturally responsive teaching in early childhood education. With extensive experience as an Early Childhood Educator, Infant Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant and an Adjunct Professor at the Community College level, Dr. Kamiesha supports both educators, administrators, and families in fostering supportive learning environments. Dr. Kamiesha is committed to advocating for increased resources and support for students while encouraging critical reflection among students to address biases and personal beliefs. Dr. Kamiesha holds a Doctor of Education in Educational and Professional Practice with a specialization in Multicultural and Anti-Racist Education from Antioch University, further solidifying their expertise in developing and implementing culturally responsive education practices.
