Joy Rich

Joy Rich’s academic achievements include an MBA, LL.B. (Law Degree), and a B.A. Furthermore, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and skilled ADR trainer. Subsequently, she has written books and taught classes on the CALM Dialogue; a 4-Step conflict resolution method that she developed. Over the years, Joy has garnered international work experience from working in Canada, the Bahamas, and the US. For the past 5 years she has focused her attention on content creation, consulting, and instructional design. Previously, she was a Continuing Education instructor at Weber State University. Currently, she is a freelance instructional designer.
