Joe Papa is the founder of MATLAB University, which offers online and self-paced training programs to engineers, developers, and scientists.  He has personally made over $1.8 Million dollars using MATLAB during his engineering career and delivers training based on his real world experience.  The programs at MATLAB University boil down the vast info online and offer streamlined, interactive, and results-focused courses worldwide. 

Joe holds a Masters of Science degree specializing in Wireless Communications and Digital Signal Processing. He has also obtained a Certified Ethical Hacking Certification as well as an Expert Belt in Cybersecurity.

With over 20 year of experience Joe Papa has worked for some of the top tech companies in the world including Booz Allen Hamilton, Lucent Technologies – Bell Labs, Bell Communications Research, Verizon Wireless, NMS Communications, and the US Army. He's worked on teams that created innovative wireless technology used across the globe. This technology includes voice quality enhancements and wireless radio systems deployed worldwide.

Joe has also started four businesses including Mobile Insights, a marketing technology company. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and twin baby girls.
