My name is Joanna and I'm a Business English Coach with over 10 years of professional experience acquired at languages schools, university and as a freelancer. Throughout my career I've been working with companies and professionals from many different industries which has allowed me to realize that they all have similar needs when it comes to business English. It has also helped me to create materials which are practical and focus on what’s really necessary to be successful at work.
When it comes to my formal education, I have two master’s degrees (Business English and Economics) as well as Cambridge CELTA and DELTA certificates. Currently I'm doing my PhD in Translation Studies at the University of Malaga.
I speak 4 languages so I understand all the struggles related to learning a foreign language.
