Jennifer Kint was born in Bad Soden am Taunus, Germany. She obtained both a German and a French high school degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Marketing as well as two master's degrees in International Management from the University College in Dublin and the ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
She started her career as a digital transformation consultant for PwC, consulting both big- and medium-sized companies on digital strategy and new data- and technology-driven business models.
Currently, Jennifer works for Nestlé and helps the world's biggest food and beverage company to successfully launch new products and services using agile ways of working: Design Thinking, Lean Startup & SCRUM.
She is a professional Design Thinking coach and has trained more than 1000 people in 5 countries in this new way of working. She has successfully led more than 15 agile projects in the context of innovation and digital transformation and is both a certified SCRUM master and a certified product owner.
In her free time, she loves to visit her family, see the world together with her boyfriend and simply enjoy life with her friends.
