From time to time, I need to pick up a pen and start sketching on a piece of paper to share an idea with people. Good sketches in my profession simply just formed with lines and shapes, and these sketches will become the reference for others to visualise and to build the real objects.
When I was younger, I loved reading comic books and loved the way the artists drew each characters with amazing imagination. I started to learn to draw by copying the objects in the book, then further advancing my drawing skills through practicing and eventually being able to draw my self-created characters from imagination.
I believe drawing with a pen is a skill everyone can acquire through constant learning and practicing. We can easily draw anywhere, anytime and on any surface. There is not set up required, no special equipment needed. I think anyone can learn to draw, all it takes is practice.
