Jake’s passion for real estate began when he started creating his own investment portfolio during his military career on the side. He then changed career to commercial real estate brokerage with SVN /Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage, Inc. after transitioning from active duty.

While working in Albuquerque, he guided clients through commercial sales, leasing and investment transactions for a wide range of property types.

After two years in the business, he accepted a position in Jacksonville, Florida to focus on multi-family for SVN/Alliance Commercial Real Estate Advisors in the NE Florida market. 

In 2024, he accepted an offer lead the Office & Industrial team for Franklin Street Real Estate based in Jacksonville, FL. He currently provides sales, leasing, and consulting for both local and national clients in the Jacksonville, FL market.

He currently resides in Jacksonville, FL with his wife and two children.

He earned a BS in Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and an Executive MBA from the University of New Mexico.
