Chok Sien is a trainer specialising in leadership and organisation culture. He graduated with Honours from Monash University, Melbourne, in Computer Science, and started his career in IT consulting and project management. He has worked with multi-national corporations (including Shell, Accenture and Standard Chartered Bank) as well as aggressive growth start-ups. He has deep experience in managing regional and nationwide deployment projects, and won delivery excellence awards for his work.

Industries he has worked in include consulting, oil and gas, financial services, mobile games and e-commerce. Roles he has served in include Chief Operations Officer, Country Manager and Operations Director. During his tenure as Country Manager, he has helped his division achieve a 90% increase in revenue within 9 months.

Chok Sien is the author of Every Employee an Entrepreneur. He believes that for any organisation to achieve high performance, it is important to instil an entrepreneurial mindset in employees. Only with the right culture can an organisation achieve its full potential.

Chok Sien founded Simplify People to help organisations build the right organisation culture, through training, coaching and consulting, so that they can achieve their organisational goals. Clients he has worked with include Volvo, Shell, Prudential, Nissin (logistics), Fidelity, Cognizant, International Medical University, Vistage and Port Tanjung Pelepas.
