I'm Harsimran, a self-taught reader and lover of the Urdu language. My journey with Urdu began not in childhood, but much later—driven by a deep desire to reconnect with the voices and scripts that shaped my heritage.
I taught myself to read Urdu letter by letter, word by word, with no guide except persistence and love. I know exactly how overwhelming it can feel to start from scratch—and I also know how deeply rewarding it is when those letters begin to come alive. That’s why I created this course: to make the learning process clear, encouraging, and genuinely enjoyable for others walking a similar path.
Language is more than just communication for me—it's awe. The sound of Urdu, the rhythm of Punjabi, the elegance of Persian—they never fail to move me. I can spend hours studying how words travel across these languages, how scripts evolve, how meaning shifts but beauty stays. That passion drives every lesson I teach.
If you’ve ever wished you could read the languages your grandparents once spoke, or you've simply felt drawn to the lyrical world of Urdu—you're in the right place. I’m here to help you get there, one letter at a time.
