He holds a Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, which is internationally recognized and accredited by the Government of UK government as equivalent to a Doctorate Degree, and is now currently working on thesis towards achieving a formal PhD qualification. He also holds various professional certifications.

He has a proven track record of leading large teams and projects for Fortune 500 organizations at corporate strategic, operational, and tactical levels. He has excellent communication skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of an organization.

He has extensive experience across a wide range of technologies and industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, telecommunication, financial services, transportation, defense, and technology.

He is also a motivational speaker and is also trained on NLP and Life Skills coaching. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and has designed and implemented skill development programs, coached and mentored numerous individuals, and conducted hundreds of training programs and coaching sessions. He has his own blog dedicated to sharing of such knowledge.

He is currently working on creating a master-level academic program on Strategic and Practical Leadership to Success. He is often invited to workshops to share his knowledge and wisdom to the audiences. He is also authoring a book that has guidance and tips for success of Startups Founders and Entrepreneurs.
