Good Greetings Everyone,

My name is Hadir A. El-Badry, Ba in English Studies. I have been planning and managing personal empowerment & social development projects along with being a freelance trainer for multinational organizations employees for 10 years now.

I received my bachelor's degree in English Studies, Literature and Civilization from the Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University in 2006. Working currently on finishing my Professional Marketing diploma from the A.A.S.T.M.T.

I have worked as an invigilator and exam consultant for the British council for 3 years.

I am currently working as the Head of Youth Activities Program at the Library of Alexandria; where I lead huge youth teams and manage social development and capacity building programs for empowering local and international youth to be distinctive and influential in their societies.

I have carried out nearly 90 different empowering projects till now.  Also contributing in 9 international conferences in different countries; ((The Challenges of Intercultural Education – Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow – Estonia, June 2017 (Speaker)), and have received over 130 certificates some were appreciation and others completion of certified training in many fields. to various activities and programs in addition to 18 special honorariums; such as shields and memorial certificates.

During this long journey, I have delivered more than 100 speeches and talks in different occasions and surpassed the 500-hour limit as a lecturer and trainer in various topics. ((e.g. Training youth during the (WOSM) Summer Scout “Youth and the SDGs 2030” – Morocco, August 2018 (Trainer)), Evaluation of Web resources, Business Communication Workshop (by Dr. Caroline Stern, Ferris State University, Michigan, USA) October 2009.

I from Egypt was assigned to take part in writing and compiling a book on Education without Borders and Informal Education with a team from other countries around the world.

Most professionals don't have a lot of time to watch long videos (that are usually full of bluffs). So I am focusing on short courses that help busy business professionals become more effective leaders, without wasting their time.

I am currently working on a compiled course on Business Effective communication for professionals.
