About me
I am a global business and leadership development specialist; I coach and teach continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) for chief executives, physicians, leaders, managers and graduates.
I have discovered the joy and comfort of bread baking, and since then we are enjoying delicious sourdough loaves at home. I live in Hawaii with my husband Jason. I now help family and friends to create their own sourdough starters and become comfortable home-bakers.
Sourdough bread takes understanding the art and science of baking. It takes practice, dedication, practice, love, practice, fun, practice and learning.
I have been practicing and improving the baking steps; removing complications and unnecessary steps. That's also what I do as an improvement specialist :)
I am excited to share all my learning and knowledge from each baking practice as I review what works for each bake and transform the practice into consistent results.
The best result is when I see my husband enjoying the sourdough loaf. it is even better when friends and family start baking their own artisan sourdough bread with my help and support.
