Gerhard Badenhorst has more than 15 years’ experience as a project management consultant, trainer, business owner, and technical writer. He has consulted as a project manager and project controls expert for a range of programme, portfolios and projects across wide ranging industries from subsurface rail to nuclear new build. 

Gerhard is passionate about promoting best practise project management concepts to better equip project professionals to deliver the projects they have been charged to deliver. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing Earned Value Management Systems across the UK on programs ranging from £1.5bn to £56bn. It is this experience that Gerhard is hoping to share with the project community.
