As you can probably relate, I loved spending time outdoors as a kid.
Because of this, I became fascinated with everything related to nature and the outdoors.
After reading about the clear connection between people's environment and their health, I am developing a career by merging my two passions of health/fitness and nature together.
Because of this, I will be teaching you how to optimise your wellbeing in relation to being outdoors, something people are doing less and less of in modern times, making it more important than ever.
After studying with the European Centre for Environment and Human Health, in addition to prioritising gym and fitness for 3 years, I want to teach you the things I have achieved in half that time.
