Acquired 8 years of hands-on experience in General Management, Brand & Product Management experience and also managed a diverse range of Direct Marketing, Sales Promotions, Acquisition and Customer Loyalty projects, for B2B & B2C Programs in the Financial, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Retail, F&B, Automotive Aftermarket and Insurance industries.

I've been mentoring university students enrolled in a Design Thinking course in Malaysia since 2019, as an external Adjunct Mentor. Learning is a continuous journey and I wish to share my knowledge & experience.
