My name is Fritz, I coach & train professionals and businesses towards a more innovative and creative behavior and culture.

Running DAY8, a Swiss-based innovation agency gives me the chance to learn and test my methods every day. We run innovation workshops but also train our tools and insights.

Before I started my first Startup in 2015, I had several management roles in ICT and FMCG in areas like data-based Marketing, Sales, Project- and Process Management, Training & Coaching, Knowledge Management, Business Development, Strategy, and Controlling. You see, I am quite a generalist which enables me to use and combine tools from different fields to solve problems for my clients.

Privately, I am in love with board-sports, excited to meet like-minded people, outdoor-enthusiast, and insatiable book-worm. I was born in the GDR in Berlin, 11 when the wall fell down, moved around for 10 years after school for work and studies and live in Switzerland, the most innovative country worldwide since end of 2008.
