I am a life coach and Spiritual Guide. My Mom was diagnose with deadly cancer and 7 months after that she died, I wasn't able to go to her funeral because of circumstances. I had a hard time moving forward and accepting that she is gone, for 2 years I isolated my self from family and most of my close friends. One day I woke up and I told me self I can not do this to my self anymore. I need help one of my problem was I do not know how to talk to people about my issue. Although I am a good listener but when it comes to me I did notk now how to do it before. I have started taking online self help courses which help me alot and put me on the right track. That is the reason why I took a lot of self-help, mindfulness courses. Now I use jewelry making and mindfulness into positive lifestyle. Bless Be.
